The educational and experiential backgrounds of the principal partners make US Injury Centers’ approach to practice development and management unique. For example, one of the owners of US Injury Centers has not only been a licensed psychologist for the past twenty-five years ,but also is a decorated veteran volunteer fire fighter.
Another of the partners, not only was a practicing chiropractor for twenty years ,but, for the past ten years, has been the clinical director of chiropractic services for a network of offices, overseeing a team of licensed health care providers.
As a result of the breadth and depth of the background of the owners of US Injury Centers in the helping professions, in service to the community, and in practice management, an approach to company building imparting values centering around employee pride, satisfaction and cohesiveness, respect for the individual needs of patients, the belief in extending services to undeserved ethnic populations who often do not have medical insurance, and in stressing effective communication between doctors, patients, outside service providers and legal representatives has taken place.
